Rev.war soldier letter
Im beginning to wonder if independence is worth it's price..hope is fading thin. I have secretly envied you and would rather be home disfigured than here under these conditions. It has been cold and our attempt at housing does little to soothe this. We are starving and have been trying to survive on mere firecakes that are repulsive.I know that I may sound like a failure and weak, but what are we winning. We are dying of fast numbers of disease from lack of sanitation and barely have space to breathe in our sleeping quarters. We drink our own sewage cousin, were cold, were hungry, and dying!!.....and there is nothing we can do about it.Nothing.
Ive been here for jus about a year now and still havent seen a truely humbling reason to stay and fight. Our bodies have gone through great torture from overwork and lack of supply that our feet bleed and crack as we march.Men relieve themselves everywhere including in our water supply and it smells horrible. Dear cousin is it wrong for me to pray for death to save me?Is it wrong for me to feel homesick and fed up. I dream of deliverance from my suffering.
Farewell Cousin,
Thadius Clements

propaganda essay
It has been a rough past and it is our duty to change the future for generations to come,so that they do not have to suffer under these conditions.Going to war may be putting a lot at risk, but if decide to ignore it and do nothing we will surely lose a lot more. Our freedoms and liberties should not be determined by the actions of others. We have to keep our eyes on the big picture of independence, and having a goverment of equality and choice.

Boston massacre
I rule in favor of the defendant. Though it is possible he could have been responsible for the order there is not enough information or evidence to convict him. There are also other parties who have played a deadly part in this unfortunate conflict and in all equality it would only be fair to hang anyone involved in the violence. Yet, to stop further violences I call this trial a stalemate, and therefore drop this case completely.Yet, there will be brutal consequences for any futher outbreaks and any man involved will be severely punished. This case is dismissed

english colonies
Benjamin Church was the man that was responsible for protection of the colonies because of all the actions he took on opposing indians. He wasn't a ruthless killer because of his christian beliefs, he would actually try to save the lives of the peaceful indians. He was thought of as the god protected man because of the many times he was faced with danger, but never got wounded. Therefore he was the one responsible for the capture of Philip, and his fiercest warrior Annawon. He along with his followers ambushed with great strategy many of the opposing forces and of course came out victorious.
Miles Standish was the man who was accredited for showing the indians the consequences for challenging the english. He was more forceful and a lot less merciful than Benjamin Church though they both used almost the same tactic of ambushing the unsuspecting indians. Unlike Church who spared the peaceful indians Standish gave his men orders to shoot any indians who attempted to flee. His show of force -no matter how confused-had won the pilgrims some new respects. He had been crossed by an indian who boasted a defeat he had over Standish and Standish had the indian and his close followers killed. He was basically like the modern day muscle of a mob.
Though it took a lot of forceful actions of the english and many heads to be set on gates for display to get some peace; war was not the english's intentions. They had came to settle and find a new start. They were ultimately christian settlers who believed in god and peace. They even had several religious rules they followed, like they couldn't be clean shaven or do labor on sunday because it was the day of rest. To sum up the founding of english colonies weren't just violence, but also a mix of idealism.
